Cancellation Policy

Notice Window

To cancel a subscription before the next renewal, we must receive cancellation notice at least five days before the next billing cycle begins.

How to Cancel

Send cancellation notice using the support or billing contact provided on your invoice, checkout, order form, or account communication. Include the account owner email, organization name, and requested cancellation date.

After Cancellation

Access continues through the already-paid billing period unless the order form states otherwise. Scheduled emails and crawls may be paused or stopped when cancellation is processed.

Late Notice

If cancellation notice is received fewer than five days before the next billing cycle, the next renewal may still process. Cancellation will then apply to the following billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
