Information We Collect
- Account information such as name, email, role, organization, subscription status, and login timestamps.
- Project and report information such as URLs submitted, crawl settings, scorecards, report history, scheduled delivery settings, and exported package data.
- Owner-configured Resend delivery and tenant-configured LLM and WordPress connection details. Secret values are encrypted at rest and are not returned through the app UI.
- Security and audit information such as admin actions, support interventions, recent errors, and access changes.
How We Use Information
- To provide audits, reports, scheduled emails, project management, and support.
- To secure the service, detect errors, enforce access controls, and maintain audit logs.
- To communicate about the service, account status, support, billing, and legally required notices.
AI and Third-Party Providers
The core scorecard does not require AI. If AI insights are enabled, report summaries and limited page excerpts may be sent to the selected provider using the provider key configured by an admin. Provider usage may create third-party costs.
Your Choices
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of account information, subject to legal, security, billing, and fraud-prevention limits.
Security
We use access controls, HTTPS in production, encrypted secret storage, and audit logs. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
