You may use AEO Presence only for lawful business purposes and only for websites and data you are authorized to evaluate. Competitor analysis must comply with applicable law, robots.txt handling, and acceptable-use limits.

Accounts and Organizations

Customers are responsible for account users, organization access, project permissions, and the actions taken under their accounts. Admin support tools may be used to investigate errors, stop scheduled emails, transfer ownership, or assist users.

Reports and Recommendations

Reports are informational and do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, accessibility compliance, legal compliance, or platform acceptance.

Payments

Subscription fees, billing intervals, refunds, taxes, renewals, and cancellation terms are stated in the customer order form, invoice, checkout, or the Cancellation Policy.

Email and Marketing Compliance

Customers must not use AEO Presence or related communications for unlawful spam, deceptive marketing, or unauthorized outreach. Review FTC CAN-SPAM guidance before sending commercial email.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AEO Presence is provided without warranties.
