End User License Agreement

License

Subject to payment and compliance with the Terms, we grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use AEO Presence for internal business purposes.

Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, scraping the app, bypassing access controls, or attempting to extract source code.
• No resale, sublicensing, or service-bureau use unless an order form allows it.
• No use that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

Ownership

We retain ownership of the AEO Presence software, design, brand, and platform. Customers retain ownership of their submitted URLs, project materials, and report outputs, subject to the license needed to operate the service.
